Spa Service Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

In order to ensure proper scheduling, therapist availability, treatment room allocation, and preparation of supplies, every spa service reservation is considered time reserved exclusively for the guest.

1. Reservation confirmation
All appointments must be confirmed through a room number, authorized charge, credit card, payment link, deposit, or any other method established by the hotel or spa.Reservations are subject to availability of schedule, treatment room, therapist, and requested service type.

2. Cancellations or changes with more than 24 hours’ notice
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may be processed without charge, subject to availability.

3. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the total value of the reserved service.However, as a courtesy, the guest may request to reschedule the service once, provided that prior notice was given and the case is not considered a no-show.The new date and time will be subject to spa availability.

4. No-show
If the guest does not arrive for the scheduled appointment and has not provided prior notice to cancel or reschedule, the reservation will be considered a no-show.In this case, a charge equivalent to 100% of the total value of the reserved service will apply, with no possibility of refund, credit, or rescheduling.

5. Late arrivals
Guests are kindly requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled service.In the event of a late arrival, the treatment time may be reduced in order to respect the schedule of subsequent guests, with no adjustment to the service price.If the delay prevents the treatment from being performed, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation or no-show, depending on the case.

6. Special services, couples’ treatments, packages, and experiences
For couples’ treatments, special rituals, promotional packages, Gharieni experiences, Dinner in Robes, food and beverage experiences, or treatments requiring special preparation, any change or cancellation should be requested at least 48 hours in advance.Cancellations made outside this period may result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the total reserved value, subject to the specific conditions of each experience.

7. Courtesy rescheduling
When courtesy rescheduling applies due to a late cancellation, the following conditions must be observed:
* It will be valid for one occasion only.
* It must be requested at the time the cancellation notice is given.
* It will be subject to schedule availability.
* It must apply to the same service or to one of equivalent value.
* It does not apply in case of a no-show.
*It is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. ExceptionsTHE7SPA may evaluate exceptions in cases of medical reasons, verifiable emergencies, or internal operational situations. Any exception must be authorized by Spa Management or the corresponding Direction.
