Privacy Policy
I certify that all medical information I provide is true and complete, and I understand that services at THE7 SPA – Cartesiano Boutique & Wellness Hotel are not a substitute for medical care. I accept the inherent risks of treatment—including, without limitation, post-therapy hypotension, skin redness, mild bruising, dizziness, allergic reactions or minor muscle injury—and assume full responsibility for any adverse effects, except where they result from the spa’s wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
• Minors:
Service is primarily intended for adults. If minors attend, they must be accompanied at all times by their parent or legal guardian, who must sign the corresponding written consent. Minors are advised to refrain from using the steam area.
• Pregnancy:
Use of the hydro-circuit (steam room, sauna, pool, jacuzzi or cold plunge) is prohibited throughout pregnancy. Prenatal massage is permitted from week 13 with specialised techniques and a written physician’s release; high-risk pregnancies may require cancellation of service.
• Conduct:
All sexual activity in the spa is strictly forbidden. Violation authorises a sanitation charge of MXN $3,500 immediate removal from the spa, and possible early termination of the hotel stay without refund, without prejudice to further damage claims.
• Release
I release Turismo Gourmet, S.A.P.I. de C.V., THE7 SPA and their affiliates, directors, employees and agents from any civil or criminal liability arising from my use of the facilities, save for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
• Privacy:
I consent to the processing of my personal and health data in accordance with the full Privacy Notice available at reception and at www.cartesiano360.com/en/spa/privacy-policy. I am aware that my data will be used to manage services and payments and that I may exercise my ARCO rights by writing to spa.concierge@cartesiano360.com
• Jurisdiction:
For any dispute I submit to the laws and competent courts of the State of Puebla, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction.
In the event of client tardiness, the massage will begin upon arrival and will still end at the originally scheduled time.
I have read, understood and fully accept this document.
